These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website 19value.live and the Android applications Bob Ox Player and PlayBox Player (together, the "Service"), operated by 19Value ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, downloading our apps, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
19Value provides general-purpose IPTV media player software — Bob Ox Player and PlayBox Player — along with device activation and reseller panel access. We do not host, supply, sell, or have any ownership over TV channels, movies, series, or any streaming content. You are responsible for sourcing your own M3U, M3U8, or Xtream Codes playlist from a provider of your choice and loading it into the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any device, account, or panel that we reasonably believe is being used in violation of these Terms, without refund.
Orders are placed via WhatsApp and paid in USDT (TRC-20) cryptocurrency to the wallet address we provide. Payment is your responsibility to send correctly — to the right address, on the right network. We are not liable for funds lost due to sending to an incorrect address, the wrong network, or a mistyped address. Once payment is confirmed, we credit your device activation or panel by email, typically within one hour.
We offer a 7-day trial period from the date of activation. If you experience a genuine issue with the Service during this window, contact us on WhatsApp and we will work with you to resolve it. After the 7-day trial period, all sales are final and non-refundable — including for reasons such as device compatibility, internet connectivity issues, or change of mind. Please test thoroughly within the trial window before relying on the Service long-term. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Resellers and sub-resellers credit accounts under them by email at a price of their own choosing, within our platform's credit chain. Each reseller is responsible for the conduct, pricing, and customer support of their own downline. We are not a party to, and accept no liability for, agreements made between a reseller and their own customers.
Activations are bound to the MAC address or device key you provide at the time of order. You are responsible for keeping your activation email and device details accurate and secure. We never ask for your account passwords, card numbers, or your crypto wallet's private keys or seed phrase — never share these with anyone claiming to represent us.
19value.live is our only official website. We have no affiliated resale websites or social media storefronts beyond what we explicitly list on our site. We are not responsible for any transaction made with a third party impersonating our brand, and we encourage you to confirm any order or wallet address directly with us on WhatsApp before paying.
The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, 19Value shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of access to a playlist, stream interruptions, or device incompatibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
All branding, logos, and original content on this website and within our apps belong to 19Value and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. This does not extend to any third-party content you choose to stream through your own playlist, over which we have no rights or control.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Continuing to use the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable local law where 19Value operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through direct communication via WhatsApp or email before any other action is taken.
